Approval of prospectus for listing of senior secured bonds

Gjøvik, Norway, 3 February 2026 - On 28 January 2026, the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway approved a prospectus prepared by the company in connection with the listing of the Servatur Holding AS FRN senior secured EUR 200,000,000 bonds 2025/2030 (ISIN NO0013526020) on Euronext Oslo Børs. Trading in the bonds commenced today, 3 February 2026.
